The new generation of Paradise Hive Entrance Reducer is a reversible entrance reducer or closer. When used as an entrance reducer, it reduces the size of the hive entrance making it easier for the honeybees to protect their colony from robbing bees, ants, wasps, and other predators. It also makes the entrance too small for mice to squeeze into the beehive.
When closed, it becomes an entrance closer sealing off the entrance making it easy to transport beehives during daylight hours.
